A new, forward-looking LLLT research focus is the
success of transcranial LLLT in the treatment of craniocerebral trauma.
In this video, the photomedical researcher Prof. Michael Hamblin gives
an introduction to the state of research and to the photochemical
processes induced by LLLT, which are involved in the promising therapy
results.
Michael Hamblin, PHD, is the head of research at the
Wellmann Center for Photomedicine at Massachusetts General Hospital and
Professor of Dermatology at Harvard Medical School. His main interest is
the therapeutic potential of photomedicine for a wide variety of
diseases. One of his main areas of research is the application of LLLT
in craniocerebral trauma.
